Missions Project #7 | 08/2023
Pastor Steven Smith with Apostle Jeremy LaBorde and the JLMI Team ministered to over 1200 men in the Kitale Prison. Pastors Steven and Teri Smith assisted with the graduation ceremonies at Premier Christian Schools in Kauka Valley. Pastors Steven and Teri provided administrative support and encouragement to teachers, staff, and students at both schools in Matisi and Kauka Valley. Pastor Steven and Teri continue to minister within the network of Kenya Good News Outreach Churches in Kenya Africa.
Missions Project #6 | 02/2023
During a 4 month trip, Pastor Steve and Teri ministered to Kachibora Church in Kitale East Kenya, Mlimani Church in the mountains of Kauka Valley Kenya, and Lukhana Church in Kitale Central Kenya. Pastor Steve and Teri partnered with the JLMI Team and ministered to 320 youth in a one week conference. Between March and April, 264 people accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, and 173 were baptized. Pastor Steve and Teri distributed 450 to 500 bibles in the Swahili language to the Kenyan people. Pastor Teri encouraged the teachers, students and staff at Premier Christian Academy in Matisi and Kauka Valley Kenya. Pastor Steve and Teri partners with JLMI ministries to continue providing monthly administrative support to both schools while purchasing and distributing supplies needed.
Missions Project #5 | 11/2022
Pastor Steve and Teri ministered with the JLMI team to pastors and mothers during the pastors and mamas conference in Matisi Kenya. Pastor Steve and Teri ministered at Kabuyefwe Church in Western Kenya. Pastor Steve encouraged the students graduating from PP2 to 1st grade at Premier Christian Academy in Matisi Kenya. Pastor Steve and Teri prayed for students and ministered to parents and school staff at Kakoli Primary School and Kakoli Church located at the Amagoro Malaba border. Pastor Steve and Teri ministered at Kambimiwa Church in Birunda Kenya.
Missions Project #4 | 08/2022
Pastor Steven Smith ministered at churches in Kitale West-Birunda and Kitale West-Muungano and
Busia church near the Uganda border. Pastor Steve met with members of the Apostolic Council of
Kenya Good News Network. Pastor Steve encouraged children and teachers at Premier Christian Academy in
Matisi and Kauka Valley. Pastor Steve visited with Pastor Dominic Wanyonyi and his family. Pastor Steve and
Pastor Dominic helped Brian the orphan and his grandmother in the mountains.
